Nylon tulle. "Tulle" is properly a term for silk netting in a hexagonal pattern, but nets such as this nylon one are often so described. Tulle is not a woven fabric; rather, the threads are knotted in order to produce an even mesh. Tulle is the classic fabric for bridal veils. It also makes a good underlining where stiffness and shape are desired without adding weight.
