20 years ago I sold a d.j. of Farewll my Lovely, it was on the 1st
and 2nd printing pre. pub. to the major dealer in the mystery field..for 400...who
wouldn't pay 4000 for a 'real' d.j. of Great Gatsby...send it on
over...many lending Lib. or Pub. Lib. d.j.'s are encased in plastic and are
perfect..the books being stamped...How about a reality check..ethics sschmethics..save it for racism,
world hunger, beating up the wife...and leave bookseller's out of it..Dr. N.
